Group Supervision for Therapists
with Allison Nordlinger, LCSW-C
You don’t have to hold this work alone.
Being a therapist can be deeply meaningful, and surprisingly isolating. This monthly group supervision space is designed to offer what many clinicians are missing: thoughtful case consultation, shared wisdom, and genuine human connection with peers who understand the work.
This is a place to think out loud, ask honest questions, exchange ideas and resources, and leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more confident in your clinical decisions.
The Basics
An intimate supervision group for licensed clinicians who want a supportive, smart and thoughtful space to reflect on and improve their work clients.
Together, we:
-
Consult on real cases in a thoughtful, ethical way
-
Share clinical perspectives, tools, and resources (there will be a shared resource document provided as well as follow-up organized and useful group notes after every session)
-
Normalize the complexity and emotional weight of the work
-
Learn from one another across experience levels
-
Obtain Category II CEU’s for license renewal
-
Make room for curiosity, warmth, and even laughter
The tone is grounded, respectful, and human—not performative, competitive, or rigid.
